Найбільш прийнятною процедурою для проведення даної закупівлі відповідно до Закону було визначено процедуру - спрощена закупівля. В зв’язку з механічною помилкою, під час опублікування оголошення про проведення спрощеної закупівлі в електронній системі закупівель було помилково не відзначено, що процедура є саме спрощеною, тому помилково опубліковано як допорогова закупівля.
