Розрахунок за поставлений Товар здійснюється відповідно частини 1 статті 49 Бюджетного кодексу України на підставі підписаної Сторонами Видаткової накладної та/або Акту приймання-передачі Товару протягом 7 (семи) банківських днів, за умови отримання Замовником відповідного бюджетного фінансування. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування, розрахунки за поставлений Товар за цим Договором здійснюються протягом 7 (семи) банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником відповідного бюджетного призначення на фінансування оплати Товару на свій реєстраційний рахунок.
