Оскільки на даний час у Замовника відсутня технічна можливість внести зміни, тому пропоную відмінити процедуру закупівлі відкритих торгів на закупівлю ДК 021:2015 - 48810000-9 Інформаційні системи (Послуги з надання доступу та використання функціоналу медичної інформаційної системи) так, як неможливо усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства у сфері публічних закупівель, які неможливо усунути
