Оплата за надання програмного забезпечення здійснюється Замовником у національній грошовій одиниці України шляхом перерахування безготівкових грошових коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Виконавця на підставі підписаного Сторонами акту, протягом 15 (п’ятнадцяти) робочих днів після підписання Замовником акту, але в будь-якому разі після надходження коштів з Державного бюджету України на зазначені цілі. Моментом здійснення Замовником оплати є момент списання грошових коштів з рахунку Замовника.
