Послуги постачальника електронної пошти

Закупівля для потреб 2021 року. Розмір та умови надання забезпечення пропозицій учасників: 7000, 00 грн. Замовник вимагає надання учасниками забезпечення пропозиції у формі банківської гарантії у вигляді електронного документа, скріпленого КЕП … (кваліфікованим електронним підписом) особи, уповноваженої на підписання банківської гарантії. Гарантія надається у складі пропозиції. Вимоги до гарантії визначені у Додатку 4. Розмір та умови надання забезпечення виконання договору про закупівлю: Не пізніше дати укладення Договору переможець спрощеної закупівлі повинен надати забезпечення виконання Договору в розмірі 5 % відсотків загальної вартості Договору. Забезпечення виконання Договору здійснюється шляхом перерахування переможцем спрощеної закупівлі грошових коштів на рахунок Замовника. Інші умови визначені у Додатку 4.
