Description:

Розрахунки за надані послуги здійснюються у безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування грошових коштів в національній валюті України на поточний рахунок Виконавця протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів на підставі підписаного Акту наданих послуг, з урахуванням наявності фінансового ресурсу на Єдиному казначейському рахунку та за умови відсутності блокування рахунку органом державної казначейської служби. У випадку блокування реєстраційного рахунку Замовника в ДКСУ відповідно до виконавчих листів, наданих за рішенням суду, що підтверджується відповідним документом органу Державної казначейської служби України, пеня за затримку оплати отриманих послуг не нараховується. Вид закупівлі: спрощена закупівля - для замовників, визначених у пунктах 1 - 3 частини першої статті 2 ЗаконуУкраїни «Про публічні закупівлі» , якщо вартість предмета закупівлі товару (товарів), послуги (послуг) менше ніж 200 тисяч гривень, а робіт - 1,5 мільйона гривень; Застосовані критерії оцінки: ціна, питома вага критерію – 100%.
