Description:

Розрахунки проводяться шляхом оплати Замовником, після пред'явлення Учасником, оформленої належним чином видаткової накладної (печатка, оригінали підпису (факсиміле не допускається), візування уповноваженою особою Замовника щодо отримання Товару тощо). Сума, кількість та найменування Товару, який надається Учасником Замовнику, повинна відповідати Специфікації та п. 3.1. цього Договору. Оплата за Товар здійснюється у розмірі 100 % упродовж 10 (десяти) робочих днів з дати отримання Товару відповідно до підписаної видаткової накладної за умови, що Учасник виконав умови п. 4.3. Договору. Джерело фінансування – кошти місцевого бюджету (бюджет міста Харкова).
