Description:

Оплата за поставлений Товар здійснюється тільки за наявності бюджетного фінансування та в межах відповідних бюджетних асигнувань на 2020 рік. Оплата за поставлений Товар Покупцем здійснюється після отримання Товару Покупцем та надання Постачальником Покупцю видаткової накладної на Товар протягом 30 календарних днів з моменту отримання Товару Покупцем та підписання Сторонами видаткової накладної на Товар. Джерело фінансування закупівлі - кошти місцевого бюджету (бюджет міста Харкова). Оплата Товару Покупцем здійснюється шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника. Розрахунки за поставлений Товар здійснюються на підставі п. 1 ст. 49 Бюджетного кодексу України за фактом здійснення купівлі-продажу Товару. Фінансування купівлі-продажу Товару здійснюється в межах фактичних надходжень відповідно до ст. 48 Бюджетного кодексу України (розпорядники бюджетних коштів беруть бюджетні зобов'язання за спеціальним фондом бюджету виключно в межах відповідних фактичних надходжень спеціального фонду бюджету). У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за поставлений Товар здійснюється протягом 5 (п’яти) банківських днів з дати отримання Покупцем бюджетного фінансування купівлі-продажу Товару на свій реєстраційний рахунок.
