Документи тендерної пропозиції, що готуються безпосередньо учасником-резидентом України, повинні бути викладені українською мовою. Всі інші документи, що стосуються тендерної пропозиції, в тому числі проектна, технічна документація, документи, що … підтверджують відповідність учасника кваліфікаційним критеріям, викладаються українською або російською мовою. Документи тендерної пропозиції учасника-нерезидента України можуть бути викладені іншою мовою, при цьому повинні мати автентичний переклад на українську мову, здійснений бюро перекладів. Визначальним є текст, викладений українською мовою.

Electricity (supply of electricity to dormitories)

Documents of tender suggestion, that prepare directly the participant-resident of Ukraine, must be expounded by Ukrainian. All other documents that touch tender suggestion, including project, technical documentation, documents that confirm accordance of participant to the qualifying criteria are laid out by the Ukrainian or Russian language. Documents of tender suggestion of participant-non-resident of Ukraine can be expounded by other language, here must have the authentic translating into the Ukrainian language, carried out to the agency of translations. Qualificatory is the text expounded by Ukrainian.
