Відмова переможця від підписання договору на закупівлю «39710000-2 Електричні побутові прилади»( електрична плита). На підставі листа-відмови переможця від 09.12.2020р №21-04 в якому зазначено, що причиною стало виявлення суттєвого дефекту в товарній одиниці, що виставлялась на продаж.Замовлення та доставку аналогічного товару у компанії-виробника неможливо виконати у встановлені проєктом договору строки та в межах заявленої цінової пропозиції.
