Перелік товарів згідно технічних характеристик (додаток). Вимоги до Учасника: 1. Умови розрахунку: 5(п'ять) банківських днів; 2.Доставка товару здійснюється Постачальником за власні кошти за адресою 03148 м. Київ. вул.. Василя Кучера 7 ; 3.Якість товару, … що постачається, відповідає діючому законодавству, стандартам, технічним умовам данного виду товару, підтверджується сертифікатом якості виробника, має реєстраційні посвідчення; 4. Якщо поставлений товар виявиться неякісним, або таким, що не відповідає умовам, Постачальник зобов’язаний замінити цей товар. Всі витрати, пов’язані із заміною товару неналежної якості несе Постачальник; 5. Товар повинен передаватися Покупцю в упаковці, яка відповідає характеру товару, забезпечує цілісність товару та збереження його якості під час перевезення; 6. Накладні та договір з відкритою датою.
