Капітальний ремонт із заміною ліфтового обладнання ліфта пасажирського в/п 320 кг на 9 зупинок в житловому будинку (праве крило) по вул.Широка, 85 у м.Львові

Джерело фінансування закупівлі: фінансування здійснюється у відповідності до механізму реалізації Програми затвердженої Ухвалою Львівської міської ради від 04.04.2019 року № 4821 за рахунок коштів міського бюджету м.Львова та коштів співвласників … багатоквартирних будинків. Категорія замовника: згідно п.1 част.4 статті 2 Закону. Підрядник зобов’язаний не пізніше дати укладення Договору, внести забезпечення виконання Договору – у розмірі 5 відсотків від суми Договору у вигляді грошових коштів або банківської гарантії. У разі своєчасного та якісного виконання робіт згідно з умовами Договору Замовник повертає Підряднику забезпечення виконання Договору про закупівлю у терміни визначені Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі», а також у інших випадках передбачених статтею 27 Закону. Інформація про технічні, якісні та інші характеристики предмета закупівлі: в технічних вимогах (додаток 1). Методика оцінки міститься у вимогах до предмета спрощеної закупівлі.

Description:

Підряднику перераховується аванс у розмірі частки співфінансування зазначеної у п. 2.1. Договору. Зарахування авансу здійснюється на підставі актів виконаних робіт (ф. КБ - 2в, ф. КБ - 3) протягом 90 днів з дати перерахування авансу, але не пізніше 25 грудня поточного року. Підрядник повертає невикористану суму авансу у строк не пізніше 25 грудня поточного року.

Description:

Розрахунки проводяться тільки за фактично виконані роботи після підписання Замовником представлених Підрядником належно оформлених актів виконаних робіт (Форма КБ-2в) та довідки (Форма КБ-3), рахунку на оплату, шляхом проміжних платежів, протягом 10 календарних днів та тільки в межах бюджетних призначень. Проміжні платежі за виконані роботи здійснюються в межах не більш як 95 відсотків їх загальної вартості за договірною ціною. Кінцеві розрахунки здійснюються Замовником після виконання і приймання всіх передбачених Договором робіт протягом 14 днів після підписання акта готовності Об’єкта до експлуатації
