Description:

Згідно Постанови КМУ від 04.12.2019 № 1070, Замовник за письмовим зверненням Виконавця може прийняти рішення щодо авансування у розмірі до 30% (тридцяти відсотків) від ціни Договору (у разі наявності фінансування), яке Виконавець зобов’язується використати протягом терміну, який погоджується з Розпорядником коштів. Остаточний розрахунок здійснюється на підставі підписаних Сторонами актів здачі–приймання виконаних робіт протягом 15 робочих днів, після отримання Замовником проектної документації та позитивного висновку експертизи проекту.
