Замовник після підписання Договору, але тільки за наявності відкритого рахунку в Державній казначейській службі України може сплатити підряднику аванс у розмірі не більше ніж 30 відсотків вартості договору. Підрядник зобов’язується використати одержаний аванс на придбання і постачання необхідних для виконання робіт матеріалів, конструкцій, виробів протягом 1 (одного) місяця після одержання авансу. По закінченні вказаного терміну невикористані суми повертаються Замовнику.
