Тенд.про-ція та усі док-ти,які передбач.вимог.тенд.док-ції та додат.до неї складаються укр.мовою.Забезпеч.тенд.про-ції у формі банк.гарантії у вигляді електрон.док-та.Строк дії забезпеч.тенд.про-ції станов.не менше 120 д.з кінцевого строку подання тенд.про-цій.Забезпеч.тенд.про-ції не повертається в разі:відкликання тенд.про-ції учасником після закінч.строку її подання,але до того як сплив строк протягом якого тенд.про-ції вважаються дійсними;не підписання договору про закупівлю учасником,який став перемож.тендеру;ненадання перемож.проц-ри закупівлі у строк,визначений ч.6 ст.17 Закону,документів,що підтверджують відсутність підстав,установ.ст17;ненадання перемож.процедури закупівлі забезпеч.виконан.договору про закупівлю після отримання повідомлен.про намір укласти договір про закупівлю.Оплата за Товар здійснюється після отримання Товару.Розрахунки проводяться протягом 60 к.д.з дня підписання видат.накладної.The Customer requires the Bidders to provide a tender offer in the form of a bank guarantee in the form of an electr.doc.The term of securing the tender offer is not less than 120 d.from the deadline for submission of tender offers.Security of the tender offer is not returned in case: withdrawal of the tender offer by the bidder after the expiration of the term of its submission, but before the expiration of the term during which the tender offers are considered valid;non-signing of the procurement contract by the bidder who became the winner of the tender;failure of the winner of the procurement procedure within the period determined by p.6 of Art.17doc.confirming the absence of grounds established by Art.17;failure of the winner of the procurement procedure to provide security for the performance of the procurement contract after receiving notification of the intention to enter into a procurement contract.Payment for the Goods is made upon receipt of the Goods.Payments for the goods are made within 60 c.d. from the date of signing the invoice for each batch.
