Оплата Товару здійснюється протягом 7 робочих днів з моменту поставки Товару на підставі видаткової накладної. Згідно статті 23 Бюджетного кодексу України бюджетні зобов’язання та платежі з бюджету здійснюються лише за наявності відповідного бюджетного призначення. Фінансування здійснюється за кошти Державного бюджету України. Покупець не несе відповідальності перед Постачальником за несвоєчасне перерахування коштів за поставлений Товар у разі тимчасового не проведення платежів Державною казначейською службою України на зазначені цілі, але не складає з себе зобов’язань оплатити вартість поставленого Товару.
