Оплата за поставлене Програмне забезпечення здійснюється Замовником протягом 10 робочих днів з дня підписання Сторонами акту приймання-передачі Програмного забезпечення на підставі рахунку, наданого Постачальником, при наявності фінансування. У разі відсутності фінансування на зазначені цілі, Замовник здійснює оплату Постачальнику за поставлене Програмне забезпечення протягом 5 (п’яти) робочих днів з дня надходження відповідних коштів на рахунок Замовника.
