Послуги з постачання теплової енергії

У зв’язку з відкриттям амбулаторії по вул.Дорошенко, буд.3, виникла додаткова потреба на закупівлю послуг з постачання теплової енергії за кодом ДК021-2015: 09320000-8 - Пара, гаряча вода та пов’язана продукція «Довідкою про зміни до плану використання … бюджетних коштів» №1100 від 29.09.2020р., з місцевого бюджету виділено додаткові кошти. Враховуючи лист МЕРТУ №3304-04/54160-06 від 03.09.2020, у разі виникнення додаткової потреби та виділення додаткових коштів, такий «предмет закупівлі» вважається новим предметом закупівель, очікувана вартість такого предмету закупівлі зазначається замовником саме на момент внесення змін до річного плану, без урахування обсягів закупівель за аналогічним предметом закупівлі, які здійсненні в поточному році. м.Запоріжжя, вул.Запорозького козацтва,буд25., категорія: п3.ч.4 ст.2 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі"
