Скасування оголошення по закупівлю № UA-2020-11-17-004407-b у зв’язку із неможливістю усунення виявлених порушень законодавства у сфері публічних закупівель (опублікування оголошення № UA-2020-11-17-004407-b відбулось як допорогової закупівлі з технічних причин). Однак, відповідно до бюджету закупівля складає 54000,00 грн. з ПДВ. Відповідно до пункту 1 підпункту 28) ст. 1 Закону України «Про внесення змін до Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та деяких інших законодавчих актів України щодо вдосконалення публічних закупівель» спрощеною закупівлею - є придбання замовником товарів, робіт і послуг, вартість яких дорівнює або перевищує 50 тисяч гривень та є меншою за вартість, що встановлена у пунктах 1 і 2 частини першої статті 3 цього Закону.
