Під час проведення процедур закупівель усі документи, що готуються замовником, викладаються українською мовою, а також за рішенням замовника одночасно усі документи можуть мати автентичний переклад на іншу мову. Визначальним є текст, викладений … українською мовою. Під час проведення процедури закупівлі усі документи, що мають відношення до тендерної пропозиції та складаються безпосередньо учасником, викладаються українською мовою. У разі неможливості надання документів українською мовою, вони можуть бути надані іноземною мовою, також додатково надається переклад на українську мову. Переклад документа має бути посвідчений підписом перекладача та підписом учасника або ж посвідчений нотаріально (на розсуд учасника).
