Description:

Розмір часткової попередньої оплати (Авансу) становить не більше 20% (двадцять відсотків) від ціни Договору. Аванс сплачується Замовником протягом 25 банківських днів з дати отримання від Виконавця рахунку на Аванс, а якщо Аванс перевищує суму 1 000 000,00 грн., то також за умови надання Виконавцем (не пізніше дати передачі зазначеного в цьому підпункті рахунку) оригіналу безвідкличної і безумовної банківської гарантії забезпечення повернення авансового платежу. У разі ненадання Виконавцем рахунку протягом 7 (семи) банківських днів (після набрання Договором чинності) для здійснення Замовником попередньої оплати (Авансу) у визначений в Договорі строк, вважається, що Виконавець відмовився від порядку розрахунків на умовах авансового платежу. У такому разі, відповідні положення Договору щодо сплати попередньої оплати не застосовуються до взаємовідносин між Сторонами, а розрахунки за Договором здійснюються на умовах 100% післяоплати.

Подальша оплата здійснюється Замовником, (після погашення Виконавцем (згідно з підписаним (-и) Замовником актом (-ами) всієї суми Авансу у разі сплати такого Авансу), поетапно, протягом 25 (двадцяти п’яти) банківських днів з дати підписання Замовником акту приймання-передачі ПЗ (етапу) (далі – Акт) згідно з Календарним планом та за наданим Виконавцем (після підписання Замовником Акту) Рахунком, після реєстрації податкової накладної в Єдиному реєстрі податкових накладних відповідно до вимог ст. 201 Податкового кодексу України.
