Розрахунки проводяться шляхом перерахування Замовником коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Виконавця після надання послуг, відповідно до підписаного сторонами Акту виконаних робіт (надання послуг), протягом 30 (тридцяти) банківських днів. Вартість наданих послуг на момент проведення оплати залишається незмінною. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунки за наданні послуги здійснюються протягом 3-х банківських днів з дня отримання Замовником фінансування на свій реєстраційний рахунок. Протягом всього періоду затримки бюджетного фінансування до Замовника не можуть застосовуватись штрафні санкції за порушення строків оплати за надані послуги
