Під час проведення процедури закупівлі усі документи, що мають відношення до тендерної пропозиції та складаються безпосередньо учасником, викладаються українською мовою. Якщо в складі тендерної пропозиції надається документ, що складений іншою мовою, ніж … українська, такий документ повинен супроводжуватися перекладом українською мовою (крім російської). Переклад повинен бути здійснений дипломованим перекладачем або бюро перекладів та посвідчений учасником торгів. В результаті недотримання зазначеної вимоги перекладу вважається, що відповідний документ викладений іншою мовою (мовами), аніж мова (мови), що вимагається тендерною документацією Визначальним є текст, викладений українською мовою.
