Була допущена технічна помилка (в опублікованому плані закупівель помилково було внесено 2020 рік замість 2021 року; в оголошенні про проведення відкритих торгів не зазначено інформацію про мову (мови), якою (якими) повинні готуватися тендерні пропозиції; не зазначена інформація щодо електронної адреси посадової особи Замовника, уповноваженої здійснювати зв’язок з учасниками; замовником при підготовці тендерної документації не дотримано наказу від 13.04.2016 №680 (далі – Наказ №680) Міністерства економічного розвитку і торгівлі України «Про затвердження примірної тендерної документації» щодо завантаження до електронної системи закупівель додатків (Додатки 1,2,3,4,5) до тендерної документації окремими файлами ).
