Description:

Розрахунки проводяться у національній валюті шляхом безготівкового переказу коштів на банківський рахунок Постачальника, вказаний у Договорі, на підставі рахунку та видаткової накладної, наданих Постачальником. Моментом оплати за поставлений Товар є дата списання коштів з відповідного банківського рахунку Покупця. Оплата за Товар здійснюється Покупцем впродовж 10 (десяти) робочих днів після фактичної поставки Товару, на підставі належно оформлених первинних документів (видаткової накладної, акту приймання – передачі, при наявності відповідного бюджетного призначення (бюджетних асигнувань). Постачальник складає та підписує видаткову накладну, акт приймання – передачі у двох примірниках. Один примірник передається Покупцю, другий залишається у Постачальника.
