Розрахунок за виконані Роботи здійснюється на умовах післяоплати шляхом проміжних платежів (або за виконану роботу вцілому) за фактично виконані роботи на підставі актів виконаних будівельних робіт (форма КБ-2) та довідок про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт (форма КБ-3), протягом 5 робочих днів з дня їх підписання уповноваженими представниками сторін та за умови наявності на рахунках Замовника відповідних бюджетних коштів. Оплата Робіт здійснюється з урахуванням вимог ст. ст. 47-49 Бюджетного кодексу України в межах фактично отриманого Замовником фінансування.
