Покупець упродовж 5-ти банківських днів з моменту отримання рахунку-фактури на ЗПО здійснює попередню оплату відповідно до частини 1 Постанови Кабінету Міністрів № 1070 від 04.12.2019 р. «Деякі питання здійснення розпорядниками (одержувачами) бюджетних коштів попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти», пункту 3 Наказу Державної судової адміністрації України № 28 від 23 січня 2020 р. «Про попередню оплату», шляхом перерахування попередньої оплати на поточний рахунок Продавця, на строк не більше одного місяця у розмірі 100 % щомісячної суми, конкретний розмір та кількість платежів якої зазначені в Додатку 2 до цього Договору.
