Розрахунки за Продукцію здійснюються Покупцем у національній валюті України шляхом безготівкового перерахування коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника в наступному порядку: протягом 30 календарних днів з моменту поставки продукції до складу Покупця та підписання уповноваженими представниками Сторін Акту приймання – передачі продукції за кожну окремо поставлену партію продукції. Мова, якою повинні готуватися тендерні пропозиції – українська (більш детальна інформація про мову зазначена в пункті 7 розділу 1 тендерної документації). Тендерна пропозиція Товариства з обмеженою відповідальністю «НОВОТЕСТ» відхилена відповідно п.2 ч. 1 статті 31 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» як така, що тендерна пропозиція учасника не відповідає умовам технічної специфікації та іншим вимогам щодо предмета закупівлі тендерної документації.
