Description:

Протягом 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з дати підписання Сторонами відповідних акта приймання-передачі ПЗ, акта приймання-передачі наданих послуг та отримання Замовником оригіналу відповідного рахунку-фактури. Строк поставки товару – протягом 15 робочих днів з дати набрання чинності Договору. Термін надання Послуг – не пізніше трьох місяців з дати постачання ПЗ замовнику. Всі документи, що готуються учасником, викладаються українською мовою. Документи, які не готуються учасником та представлені в складі тендерної пропозиції, можуть бути надані як українською, так і російською мовами. Якщо в складі тендерної пропозиції надається документ на іншій мові ніж українська або російська, учасник надає автентичний переклад цього документа. Відповідальність за якість та достовірність перекладу несе учасник. Within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the relevant acceptance and delivery certificate of software, acceptance and delivery certificate of services provided and receipt by the Customer of the original copy of the relevant invoice. Delivery time of the goods: within 15 working days upon Contract’s effective date. The term of providing the Services - not later than three months from the date of delivery of the software to the customer. All documents prepared by the bidder are presented in Ukrainian. Documents that are not prepared by the bidder and submitted as part of the tender offer may be submitted in both Ukrainian and Russian. If a document in a language other than Ukrainian or Russian is submitted as part of the tender offer, the bidder shall provide a translation of this document. The bidder is responsible for the quality and accuracy of the translation.
