Учасник повинен надати в електронному (сканованому) вигляді інформацію, передбачену у Додатку 2 до оголошення про проведення спрощеної закупівлі, та цінову пропозицію за формою, встановленою в Додатку 3 до оголошення про … проведення спрощеної закупівлі. Інформація про технічні, якісні та інші характеристики предмету закупівлі зазначені у Додатку 1 до оголошення про проведення спрощеної закупівлі. Проєкт договору викладений у Додатку 4 до оголошення про проведення спрощеної закупівлі. Пропозиція повинна містити накладений електронний підпис (або кваліфікований електронний підпис) уповноваженої особи Учасника.
