у ході розгляду тендерної пропозиції Учасника ТОВ "Марілайф" встановлено: У тендерній пропозиції Учасника відсутні документи та інформація, надання яких вимагалося тендерною документацією Замовника, а саме: - протокол експертизи, що, відповідно до додатку 2 тендерної документації, повинен бути доданий до копії висновку Державної санітарно-епідеміологічної експертизи на алюміній сірчанокислий (сульфат алюмінію); - забезпечення тендерної пропозиції у вигляді банківської гарантії на суму 78 034,68 (сімдесят вісім тисяч тридцять чотири гривні 68 копійок) (3 % від очікуваної вартості) – відповідно до ч.2 розділу 3 тендерної документації. Зважаючи на вищезазначене, пропозиція даного учасника підлягає відхиленню на підставі: 1. абз.4 п.1 ч.1 ст.31 Закону (учасник не надав забезпечення тендерної пропозиції) 2. абз. 1 п.2 ч.1 ст.31 Закону (тендерна пропозиція учасника не відповідає умовам технічної специфікації та іншим вимогам щодо предмета закупівлі тендерної документації.
