Description:

Замовник має право надати Виконавцю попередню оплату на придбання і постачання матеріалів, конструкцій, робіт в розмірі до 50 % суми виділених бюджетних призначень(*) після вступу в дію договору на підставі рахунку та постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 04.12.2019 №1070 та наказу Управління освіти Южноукраїнської міської ради від 10.02.2020 №91 «Про затвердження положення про здійснення попередньої оплати за бюджетні кошти протягом поточного року». Виконавець зобов’язаний протягом 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів після отримання попередньої оплати надати звіт про її використання Замовнику завірених належним чином документів: накладних та/або актів, та/або розрахунків та/або рахунків, інших прибуткових документів. По закінченні строку попередньої оплати невикористані суми повертаються.
