Description:

Згідно статті 23 Бюджетного кодексу України бюджетні зобов’язання та платежі з бюджету здійснюються лише за наявності відповідного бюджетного призначення. Замовник здійснює оплату шляхом перерахування коштів на розрахунковий рахунок постачальника у розмірі повної вартості придбаного товару не пізніше 10-ти календарних днів після отримання товару, згідно отриманих накладних та рахунків на товар. У випадку затримки оплати (відсутність фінансування), Замовник зобов’язується провести оплату поставленого товару протягом 10-ти календарних днів з моменту фінансування.
