У іншому випадку в разі надання учасником будь-яких документів іноземною мовою, вони повинні бути перекладені українською. Переклад повинен бути посвідчений учасником торгів, або посвідчений нотаріально (на розсуд учасника). Категорія замовника: юридична особа, яка забезпечує потреби держави або територіальної громади.
