Description:

Розрахунки за товар здійснюються лише за фактично отриманий товар протягом 10 банківських днів на підставі належним чином оформлених документів, при наявності бюджетних призначень на ці цілі з можливістю відстрочки платежу до кінця бюджетного року без нарахування штрафних санкцій. Єдиним критерієм оцінки пропозицій є ціна (питома вага цінового критерію - 100%). Тендерні пропозиції готуються українською мовою. Категорія замовника: п.1 ч. 4 ст.2 Закону - Орган державної влади, місцевого самоврядування або правоохоронний орган. Вид закупівлі: передбачений абз. 3 п. 5 ч. 2 ст. 4 Закону.
