Розрахунки Замовником проводяться тільки за фактично виконані роботи у термін на протязі 20-ти (двадцяти) робочих днів з моменту підписання Замовником представлених Підрядником належно оформлених актів виконаних робіт (Форма КБ-2в) та довідки (Форма КБ-3), рахунку на оплату, та тільки в межах бюджетних призначень.Тендерні пропозиції готуються українською мовою; Гарантія надається згідно Постанови НБУ № 639 від 15.12.2004 та повинна бути видана банком-гарантом на умовах грошового забезпечення (покриття); Тендерна документація додається окремим додатком; можлива авансова виплата у розмірі 30% від наявної суми на закупівлю будівельних матеріалів
