Description:

Оплата послуг здійснюється Замовником у безготівковій формі шляхом прямих банківських переказів у національній валюті України на поточний рахунок Виконавця. 4.2 Розрахунки за надані Послуги здійснюються протягом 10 (десяти) робочих днів з дати підписання обома Сторонами Акту наданих послуг. 4.3 Моментом оплати наданих Послуг є дата списання грошових коштів з рахунку Замовника, що вказаний у розділі 13 Договору. 4.4 Усі платіжні документи за цим Договором оформлюються із дотриманням усіх вимог чинного законодавства України, що зазвичай ставляться до змісту і форми таких документів. 4.5 У разі розірвання цього Договору у випадках, передбачених чинним законодавством України чи цим Договором, Замовником проводиться оплата за фактично надані послуги. Така оплата здійснюється протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів від дати отримання Замовником офіційної письмової вимоги Виконавця про сплату коштів.
