Повторна закупівля «Персональні комп'ютери у зборі, ноутбуки»

Враховуючи вимоги статей 4 та 11 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (далі – Закону), Положення про уповноважену особу, що затверджене наказом директора Миколаївської обласної універсальної наукової бібліотеки, з метою організації закупівлі за … предметом: Машини для обробки даних (апаратна частина) за кодом CPV за ДК 021:2015 – 30210000-4 (Комп’ютери персональні, ноутбуки), 01.10.2020 р. була оголошена спрощена закупівля за вказаним предметом (ID: UA-2020-10-01-003344-c), у зв’язку з тим, що закупівля не відбулася по причині відсутності учасників: ВИРІШИЛИ: 1. Провести повторну спрощену закупівлю за предметом Комп’ютери персональні, ноутбуки, код національного класифікатора України ДК 021:2015 «Єдиний закупівельний словник» 30210000-4 – Машини для обробки даних (апаратна частина). 2. Забезпечити проведення повторної спрощеної закупівлі в межах законодавства. 3. Подати на оприлюднення через авторизований електронний майданчик оголошення про проведення повторної спрощеної закупівлі на веб-порталі Уповноваженого органу у порядку, передбаченому у ст. 10 Закону. 4. Вимоги до предмета закупівлі та проєкт договору залишаються без змін.
