Description:

Замовник може надати Підряднику попередню оплату за Договором, виходячи з вимог Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 04.12.2019 р. №1070 «Деякі питання здійснення розпорядниками (одержувачами) бюджетних коштів попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти» (протягом 10 банківських днів з дня отримання фінансування на розрахунковий рахунок) терміном не більше трьох місяців з моменту її отримання Підрядником, у розмірі який не перевищує 30% від суми визначеної у п. 3.3.1 даного договору, одним платежем. Підрядник зобов'язується використати отриману попередню оплату на придбання і постачання необхідних для виконання робіт матеріалів, конструкцій, виробів протягом трьох місяців після одержання попередньої оплати.

Description:

Оплата проводиться Замовником по факту надходження бюджетних коштів у безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування на розрахунковий рахунок Підрядника після підписання Сторонами акту виконаних робіт форми КБ-2В та довідок про вартість і витрати форми КБ-3 з відтермінуванням платежу до 120 календарних днів. Проміжні платежі за виконані роботи здійснюються в межах не більше як 95% їх загальної вартості договірної ціни. Кінцеві розрахунки здійснюються у п’ятиденний термін після надходження бюджетних коштів на розрахункові рахунки Замовника, та після виконання і приймання всіх передбачених договором робіт та реєстрації декларації про готовність об’єкта до експлуатації.
