Замовником встановлено факт зазначення Учасником у тендерній пропозиції недостовірної інформації, що є суттєвою при визначенні результатів процедури закупівлі, яку замовником виявлено згідно з частиною 15 статті 29 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі»: Характеристика запропонованого Учасником спеціалізованого відеореєстратору Uniview NVR302-16E-IF «Максимальна вхідна пропускна здатність» зазначена «320 Мбіт/с» (п.2 Технічної специфікації Тендерної пропозиції (технічної частини) ТОВ «СЕКУР ІНТЕГРАЦІЯ»), є недостовірною інформацію, що підтверджено виробником даного обладнання «Zhejiang Uniview Technologies Co., Ltd» (КНР) листом (вх. від 08.12.2020 №15-05-78) та в даному листі зазначено, що: «Вхідна пропуска спроможність: 160 Мб/сек та не існує технічного рішення по створенню програмного забезпечення, яке могло б збільшити вхідну пропускну спроможність до 320Мб/сек».
