ІНФОРМАЦІЯ ПРО НЕОБХІДНІ ТЕХНІЧНІ, ЯКІСНІ ТА КІЛЬКІСНІ ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКИ ПРЕДМЕТА ЗАКУПІВЛІ послуги з постачання ліцензійного програмного забезпечення «Операційна система Windows 10 Professional 64 bit All Languages ( ESD – Electronic Software … Distribution)» 1. Технічні та кількісні характеристики предмета закупівлі 1.1. Назва: Операційна система Windows 10 Professional 1.2. Розрядність: 64 bit. 1.3. Мова інтерфейсу: багатомовна (українська та англійська мови обов'язково). 1.4. Тип ліцензії: безстрокова ліцензія для юридичних осіб для встановлення на персональні електронно-обчислювальні машини без прив'язки до них. 1.5. Вид ліцензії: електронний ключ (ESD – Electronic Software Distribution). 1.6. Кількість електронних ключів (ESD – Electronic Software Distribution) – 125 шт. 1.7. Строк дії ліцензії: постійна (безстрокова) ліцензія. 2. Якісні характеристики предмета закупівлі 2.1. Програмне забезпечення повинно відповідати вимогам нормативних документів системи технічного захисту інформації в Україні, що підтверджується Експертним висновком Державної служби спеціального зв'язку та захисту інформації України. Програмне забезпечення повинно відповідати показникам якості і безпеки, які встановлюються законодавством України та мати право використовуватися на території України. 2.3. Програмне забезпечення, що пропонується учасником до постачання замовнику, повинно бути сучасних версій і на момент поставки випускатися виробником Програмного забезпечення. 2.4. Оновлення Програмного забезпечення та його технічна підтримка, включаючи отримання оновлених версій Програмного забезпечення, нових релізів і патчів, надаються безстроково з дня активації ліцензії на користування ним. 2.5. Постачальник Програмного забезпечення повинен мати дозвіл від виробника на її продаж на території України.
