Description:

Вартість фактично спожитого природного газу за період з 1 по 24 число місяця в якому здійснюється постачання природного газу сплачується не пізніше 30 числа поточного місяця споживання, на підставі рахунку наданого постачальником. Остаточний розрахунок по оплаті місячної вартості фактично спожитого газу здійснюється до 30 числа місяця, наступного за місяцем постачання природного газу, на підставі рахунку наданого постачальником. У випадку затримки фінансування та оплати Споживачем, як бюджетною установою (через відсутність коштів на реєстраційному рахунку), Споживач зобов’язується провести оплату поставленого газу протягом 7-х банківських днів після надходження коштів з бюджету України на реєстраційний рахунок Споживача, на цілі визначені цим Договором.
