Розрахунки за поставлений товар Замовник здійснює протягом 10-ти банківських днів з моменту його отримання на підставі видаткової накладної виставленої постачальником. У разі затримки фінансування Замовник зобов’язується оплатити за поставлений товар протягом 10-ти банківських днів з дати отримання фінансування на свій реєстраційний рахунок. Категорія замовника - підприємства, установи, організації, зазначені в п.3 ч.1 ст.2. Закону. Під час проведення процедур закупівель усі документи, що готуються замовником, викладаються українською мовою. Під час проведення процедури закупівлі усі документи, що мають відношення до тендерної пропозиції та складаються безпосередньо учасником, викладаються українською мовою. У разі надання інших документів, складених мовою іншою, ніж українська мова, такі документи повинні супроводжуватися перекладом українською мовою. Тексти повинні бути автентичними, визначальним є текст, викладений українською мовою.
