Description:

Розрахунки за надані Послуги здійснюються в межах договірної ціни на підставі затверджених в установленому порядку обсягів бюджетного фінансування. Замовник здійснює оплату за надані Послуги за фактом надання таких Послуг при наявності надходження бюджетних коштів на закупівлю таких Послуг на рахунок Замовника з відстрочкою платежу до 30 календарних днів. Підставою для здійснення розрахунків є підписані Сторонами Акти прийняття виконаних робіт (ф. КБ-2в) та Довідки про вартість виконаних робіт (ф. КБ-3), які складаються Виконавцем та подаються для підписання Замовнику. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за надані Послуги здійснюється протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетних коштів на дану закупівлю. Розрахунки за надані Послуги може бути здійснено Замовником з розрахункового рахунку Замовника шляхом перерахунку коштів з розрахункового рахунку Замовника на поточний рахунок Виконавця , протягом 20-ти банківських днів з моменту надання Послуг, за умови своєчасного надання підписаних Сторонами Актів прийняття виконаних робіт (ф. КБ-2в) та Довідки про вартість виконаних робіт (ф. КБ-3), які складаються Виконавцем та подаються для підписання Замовнику.
