Послуги з модернізації програмного забезпечення інформаційно-телекомунікаційної системи «Єдиний державний реєстр декларацій осіб, уповноважених на виконання функцій держави або місцевого самоврядування» (код 72210000-0 «Послуги з розробки пакетів … програмного забезпечення» національного класифікатора України ДК 021:2015 «Єдиний закупівельний словник»). Строк надання Послуг становить: до 14 грудня 2020 року включно. Мова (мови), якою (якими) повинні готуватися тендерні пропозиції: документи тендерної пропозиції, які складаються безпосередньо учасником процедури закупівлі відповідно до вимог тендерної документації, повинні бути викладені української мовою. Розмір, вид та умови надання забезпечення тендерних пропозицій: 52 000,00 грн (п’ятдесят дві тисячі гривень 00 копійок), забезпечення тендерної пропозиції надається учасником у формі електронної банківської гарантії, строк дії забезпечення тендерної пропозиції – не менше 120 днів із дати кінцевого строку подання тендерних пропозицій, включаючи день кінцевого строку подання тендерних пропозицій. Description:

З метою своєчасної реєстрації фінансових зобов’язань за цим Договором у Державній казначейській службі України Виконавець надає Замовнику належним чином оформлений акт наданих послуг (далі – Акт). Розрахунок за фактично надані Послуги здійснюється протягом 10 (десяти) календарних днів з дати підписання Сторонами Акту. Розрахунки проводяться у безготівковій формі шляхом перерахунку коштів на рахунок Виконавця, вказаний у розділі XIV цього Договору. У разі затримки у виділенні бюджетних асигнувань розрахунки здійснюються протягом трьох банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетних асигнувань на здійснення закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок. Будь-які штрафні санкції в такому випадку до Замовника не застосовуються.
