У разі неотримання Виконавцем підписаного Акту або мотивованої відмови від приймання Послуг та підписання Акту протягом 5 (п'яти) робочих днів з моменту отримання Акту Замовником, вважається, що Послуги надані Виконавцем належним чином, у відповідності із умовами Договору та вимогами чинного законодавства України, що підтверджується Актом приймання-передачі наданих Послуг, підписаним Виконавцем в односторонньому порядку.
