Інформація про технічні, якісні та інші характеристики предмета закупівлі - зазначена у Додатку 2 Вимог до предмету закупівлі. Перелік критеріїв та методика оцінки пропозицій із зазначенням питомої ваги критеріїв - Критеріями оцінки є ціна.
