Description:

Розрахунки проводяться шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на рахунок Постачальника в національній валюті України шляхом оплати, яка здійснюється Покупцем після отримання Товару відповідно до товаророзпорядчих документів, на підставі рахунка, видаткової накладної та Акту приймання-передачі Товару в строк протягом 20 (двадцяти) банківських днів з моменту поставки Товару Покупцю, за умови надходження бюджетного фінансування відповідних видатків на рахунок Покупця. Покупець має право здійснювати оплату отриманого Товару частинами в межах строку, встановленого п. 3.1. Договору. Сторони домовились про те, що моментом здійснення оплати Покупцем за Договором вважається факт списання грошових коштів з поточного рахунку Покупця.
