Мова (мови), якою (якими) повинні готуватися тендерні пропозиції - українська. Документи, які не готуються учасником та представлені в складі тендерної пропозиції, можуть бути надані як українською, так і російською мовами. Якщо в складі тендерної пропозиції надається документ на іншій мові ніж українська або російська, учасник надає переклад цього документа.
