Description:

Оплата вартості Робіт здійснюється наступним чином: 1. Підставою для здійснення розрахунків є підписані Сторонами Акти приймання виконаних Робіт по формі КБ-2в, Довідки про вартість виконаних Робіт та витрати по формі КБ-3. 2. Оплата виконаних Робіт здійснюється Замовником за рахунок коштів місцевого бюджету за виконані роботи протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів з моменту підписання Сторонами зазначених у п. 1. документів за умови наявності на рахунку Замовника коштів на фінансування Робіт. 3. Кінцеві розрахунки здійснюються у двотижневий термін після виконання і приймання всіх передбачених договором робіт, здачі Замовнику оформленої встановленим порядком виконавчої документації та видачі сертифікату про відповідність закінченого будівництвом об’єкта, за умови наявності на рахунку Замовника коштів на фінансування Робіт. 4. В разі затримки фінансування, оплата виконаних Робіт здійснюється Замовником протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів з дати надходження відповідних коштів на рахунок Замовника.
